By accessing or using the AI Readiness Assessment service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AI Readiness Assessment provides an AI-powered diagnostic tool that evaluates small business readiness for AI adoption across five dimensions. The service includes:

• Free tier: AI readiness assessment with score and basic insights.
• Starter tier ($29/month): Personalized 90-day roadmap with AI tool recommendations, implementation steps, and cost estimates.

3. User Accounts

You may take the free assessment without an account. To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. AI-Generated Content

Scores, insights, and roadmaps are generated using AI technology and are provided as guidance, not guarantees. Recommendations are based on your self-reported assessment data and our curated tool database. We make no warranty that:

• Tool recommendations will be suitable for your specific situation.
• Cost estimates will remain accurate over time.
• Following the roadmap will produce specific business outcomes.

You should conduct your own evaluation before purchasing or implementing any recommended tools.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in assessments.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our tool database or algorithms.
• Use automated tools to submit bulk assessments.
• Resell or redistribute generated roadmaps without permission.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or rate limits.

7. Intellectual Property

The AI Readiness Assessment framework, scoring methodology, tool database, and website content are our intellectual property. Roadmaps generated for your account are licensed for your personal business use.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on our recommendations.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use paid features ceases immediately.
